You will provide comprehensive executive support to the Finance Director and be responsible for supporting local and group-wide initiatives which may include arranging and organising social events and supporting CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the Finance Director and screening calls and emails
- Provide effective diary management
- Handle travel arrangements and generate personalised itineraries
- Process expenses and other ad-hoc administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain clear, systematic and user-friendly hardcopy and electronic filing systems
- Provide support with ad hoc group-wide CSR initiatives as required
- Provide support for ad hoc social events
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities when required
- Managing Relationships internally and externally with third parties
- Any or all ad hoc duties in line with the daily needs of the Business Directors
Applicant specifics:
- Degree Education (Business / Finance Degree preferred but not essential)
- Professional Services Background – Preferred but not essential
- Background knowledge in the property industry is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role – Essential
- Ability to manage the expectations of the Finance Director and deal with the day to day changes
- You will be organised and efficient so that you can maintain a level of calm when working with the Key Stakeholders
