Being part of the client’s team, you will be responsible for;

  • Developing outstanding and high quality designs to support superior and personalised customer solutions, enhance user engagement and retention, as well as improve the promotion of digital solutions in the most efficient way
  • Taking ownership, managing and delivering to deadlines of designs, often across multiple projects / assignments
  • Amending, revising or re-designing experiences in response to the feedback from the clients, stakeholders and team
  • Working with different team members to help reimagine digital experiences, participate and support design sprints within TCS and client environment and document / create a repository of design elements for the team
  • Contributing relevant development of and maintaining updates to UI style guides and asset library
  • Accepting and providing constructive feedback while understanding the constraints of the business making sure the design meets project and client requirements

The candidate will require the following;

  • Demonstrable experience working as a UI/UX designer on digital products and services with a portfolio demonstrating experience of design thinking and delivering rich designs
  • Experience of providing information verbally and visually through low and mid-fidelity renderings (starting with paper and pencil/whiteboard) and clickable prototypes
  • Proficient skills in prototyping and mapping tools (e.g. Axure, Omnigraffle, Sketch, Adobe Suite, figma)
    Strong design skills and eye for detail, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts and palate development
  • Translate findings into usable, useful, effective and efficient user experiences
  • Test and validate working hypothesis with users through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes and published product, and participate in design critique
  • Experience with different platforms such as responsive web and app UI design
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Possess a passion for all things design and all things customer
  • A team player, willing to support the team and wider stakeholder
  • Motivated self-starter; problem solver who enjoys creating something new
  • Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on fast-paced delivery
